I called Markham Garage doors after garage door stopped working, and next day Ryan came in fixed it with replacement of the broken spring. The door now works perfectly... just this simple!

Our aged water heater started leaking gas at gas control valve spot, we needed to either fix the leakage or replaced the heater. After a few calls, we decided to go with Climax to replace with a new heater, as Mohammad explained all works to be done, and provided a detailed quote, sounds very professional and considerate, which indeed we had the right decision and chose the right company. On the day, Mohammad and his team done the works very neatly and quickly, and also gave us a brief but clear introduction to the new device. Meanwhile, he also helped us fix a couple of issues and cleaned up the site. There is NOT anything that I feel this guy should do better, we are very very much satisfied with the works!! Initially I was looking for someone to fix the pulling away gutter. Yaron was the first one provided detailed solution and reasonable quote. After he came in to do the work, I just kept looking for more works for him, secured the downpiple, sealed the chimney cap, and he finished everything beautifully, with very friendly attitude. Thank you Yaron!

Our furnace stopped working at end of January. We called Cosmopolitan as they installed the furnace more than two years ago. Technician came on time and provided the solution after a quick check. it was due to the gas valve malfunction. However, it took some time to get the part, and replacing gas valve did not resolve the issue completely. The technician then did an overall check and test and found out that our air filter was too thick which blocked too much air, causing overheat in a chamber, then the sensor sent the faulty signal to shutdown the blower motor. After changing to a new think filter, the furnace started to work perfectly. Thanks Cosmopolitan (Randy) and technician Waqas! Your help returned the warm back to our house in such a cold winter.

We asked Marko to help remove a tub spout at a very low position. The set screw was totally rounded, so I told Marko he can cut the spout with the pipe together if it's too difficult to remove the spout. However, Marko was very considerate and handy, he tried the different tools and finally removed the spout without damaging the copper pipe even a bit. Bravo!!! Marko also took care the other small issues in the house. he's very nice, very polite, and most importantly, very handy!!! Thanks Marko!

I made the right decision to go to cosmopolitan for my A/C replacement project. Fahim came to my house very late of the night upon my request, and gave me a very reasonable pricing, on different models. Fred and the helper installed the A/C very professionally, explained very clearly the procedure. Fred also kindly helped me repair a broken pipe inside the ceiling, that was really a big trouble for me, and definitely now a portion of his responsibilities. Thanks Fred! Very happy with the new A/C now. For sure will recommend Cosmopolitan to others. By the way, I called Cosmopolitan last winter to repair a Furnace malfunction. It was Rafi did the wonderful job! It has been working very well since then. Actually, I found out the same working methodology from the two technicians., they were all very understanding of customer's concerns, so, they all provided very detailed but easy to understand information on the products or service they offered.
