Ryan and the crew built our deck 3 years ago. They also built a wooden box surrounding the unsightly vent pipes. However, when the weather was extremely cold, there was some issue with air vents. I emailed Ryan about the situation. He responded timely even though he was overseas. This morning I emailed him again due to the anticipated cold weather coming next week. He called me back quickly and came this afternoon to fix the problem. He made some adjustments to the wooden box. I believe it will resolve the issue. Thanks Ryan.
