This is the third time that I have been using the services of Enrique and Professional Tree Services. The trees and bushes that are located on the neighbouring property tend to grow quickly and they interfere with electric cables that run above my property. They also pose safety concerns and can also cause damage to the roof of my house, as branches hang over the fence and extend to my front yard and backyard. The work required to keep them pruned requires a lot of precision, skill and also a good eye for balance and symmetry. Enrique has done an incredible job and I cannot praise his work ethic, professionalism, integrity and excellent people skills enough. He is truly a pleasure to work with. Not only is he incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about his industry, he really cares about every client. From the initial phone conversation, the on-site visit to assess the job and provide an estimate, to the actual execution and immaculate cleanup, Enrique has been very professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with. I recently had an issue with a racoon entering my attic and my neighbours recommended SWAT Wildlife, as they had a positive experience with this company. The SWAT Wildlife phone representative was able to schedule an appointment for me on the following day. The technician who came was punctual, very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the attic, confirmed that a single racoon was in there and he installed a one -way-door. I recently had a new exterior kitchen door installed by Amica Windows & Doors Inc. Michael, the owner, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He provided extensive information about the types of doors and locks available and answered my numerous questions about the installation process in a very timely and patient manner. The installers, George and Ryan, were very courteous, punctual and professional. They did a great job, especially since the door installation was somewhat complicated because my house is very old and the floors are not fully leveled. It was a real pleasure to work with this company. From the beginning of the ordering process to the door installation at the end, Michael and his crew were reliable, professional and demonstrated great people and customer service skills. I highly recommend Amica Windows & Doors and will use their services again.

This is the third time that I have used the services of Master Drain & Water Works. After the torrential rain and serious storms that happened in Toronto this August, the basement apartment in my house was flooded and I called Vitaliy Dymchuk, the company owner, to consult him. As in the past, when a tree root invaded old underground clay pipes and caused problems in my house, Vitaliy promptly responded to my call, came to inspect the premises and organized the work in a timely manner. He and his crew members are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and efficient. An old clay pipe running under the apartment was replaced, and weeping tiles and a sump pump were installed. The nature of the work required extensive digging and the removal of soil and other residue from inside the house. The apartment interior was carefully protected with plastic sheets and after the work was completed it was left in immaculate condition. A special thank you to Walter who did an amazing job. He arrived earlier than scheduled on both days, conducted this very hard work effectively and always honoured the time frame that was requested. Thank you very much again to Vitaliy for always patiently answering my many questions and for providing such an exceptional service. This is an outstanding company that has consistently maintained a high level of professionalism and quality of work, along with honesty and integrity over the years, as evidenced in the review I wrote when I used their services in the past. My neighbour and I both had floods in our basements after the heavy rain in Toronto last Thursday. I phoned Vitaliy from "Master Drain & Water Works" since his company was recommended to me by another neighbour. Vitaliy came to assess the premises on the same day and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained our options, the procedure required, and gave me a reasonable quote. The work included removing the cement steps in front of the house, doing extensive excavation and replacing the sewage trap. On the following day, he and his crew arrived early and worked diligently for three days. Both my neighbour and I were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. The nature of the work required a lot of excavation and it was hard to believe that our two front yards would ever look the same after that. However, the premises were clean and immaculate afterwards. Vitaliy was always available to answer additional questions regarding the tree root intrusion that caused our problem, drains and plumbing in general, and I greatly appreciate his professional manner, knowledge and expertise. After the stress of dealing with the flood and all the damage that it caused, it was a relief to have this work done by "Master Drain & Water Works" in such stress-free manner. I plan to have an annual video camera inspection done regularly by this company and I highly recommend their services!
