First off, Mike called me 3 minutes after I emailed in. I have heard a lot of stories about TV's being installed wrong and falling off the wall so I decided to call professionals. Mike really seemed to know his stuff and asked me a bunch of questions that I never really considered, and even corrected me on a couple of my assumptions ( one of which was illegal and could have caused a fire in my home! ) At first the estimate seemed high, but Mike really took the time to explain each part step by step and got me to understand all that was involved, so I decided to go ahead. I'm truly grateful for the care that was taken and all the "little things" Mike and his installer did for me. He even fixed the broken door handle on my bathroom on his way out! Genuine good people and good service is hard to find these days, so Mike W. and Toronto Home Theater get my highest recommendation. The work was meticulous and I am 100% satisfied.
