Yaron did amazing work on a difficult job: cleaning a blocked gutter 30 feet up a Victorian house, and reattaching the downspout that was torn off in the high winds last week. He also installed a Smart Screen on this hard-to-reach gutter: a service I paid another company to do years ago, which they clearly skipped :-( Yaron was professional, courteous, cleaned up after himself, and was very reasonably priced. I am 100% happy with his work, and will recommend him to all my neighbours!

I was very pleased with my service experience with Mike and DrainWorks. He came out within the hour for my first emergency call on Monday, and temporarily fixed the problem until he could arrange for a full crew to come out on Wednesday. Then he came back today (Thursday) to inspect the work; he found additional problems further back as well as further forward in the line, and snaked them out for me at no charge. Mike provided a professional and detailed upfront explanation before work started; he came back several times while the job was in progress to inspect; he provided several camera inspections before, during, and after the work was completed; and he made a thorough inspection of the complete sewer system. The workers cleaned up the gigantic mess they had to make very well. Mike and DrainWorks provide excellent customer service -- I highly recommend them!.
