We were very impressed with Dave and his guys. Dave spent nearly an hour with us when on our initial consult. He went into detail about the different products available and which would suit our needs the best. Boy, does he know his furnaces! Not only was he one of the most competitive quotes we got, but he spent way more time and effort making sure we knew what we were getting. On the day of the installation the guys were on time and very efficient. They made sure our carpets were protected and that we understood how the system worked. The guys relocated the AC unit for us and even fixed a broken water valve (unrelated to the job) at no extra cost. Although Dave didn't do the installation himself, he stopped by mid day and again at the end to answer any questions and make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with the finished job and are impressed it comes with a 10 yr parts and labour warranty.
