The initial phase of this project went very well. Alex was very professional and timely with a tour of the facility, the quote and the measurement process. Delivery and installation were set back by the company move and a change required to the product but in the end the railings look great - exactly what I wanted. A problem on installation resulted in a crack in my front step - Yevgeniy went to great lengths to replace the step with the original stone. Customer Service obviously means a great deal to this company. They really came through in the end with a quality product and quality work.

Darby was recommended by a friend and absolutely lived up to the recommendation. He was responsive and very knowledgable in outlining the options for me. He was honest about the timelines for the actual work. The team was great - the work professional and the job site clean. Then the real challenge came up - the basement still leaked !!! ... The problem was really my (attached) neighbour's had a large hole and the water was migrating into my basement. Darby figured this out and handled the difficult conversation with my neighbour (who had waterproofed from the inside and did not "see" a problem). Darby promised me he would make my basement dry - and lived up to the promise. I would highly recommend Darby and his team.
