Had a Scott home security system for 2 weeks. Removed after multiple attempts to fix false alarms. Securtek refusing to refund monitoring charge for the month. Securtek was aware of multiple down time and over riding of alarm. Securtek phoned me to report alarm after system had been removed from my house!

Home alarm not working, tech visited 5 times for false alarms! Could not correct problem. Had system removed after 2 weeks, having problems getting refund 10 days later! Monitoring company called after system was removed stating that they were receiving an alarm from our house! Unbelievably bad experience!
