So pleased with Mike's first visit (Jun 2014 to install a gas line to our back deck for our grill) that we happily invited Mike back to install a run for our gas range on Oct 22 2014. We planned ahead a little too, as we had decided that we would have an additional tee in the line inside the house installed during his first visit to expedite the install for the gas range that we would purchase at some time in the future. Well that day finally arrived in early Oct 2014. Mike and I traded email ahead of his visit and he quickly knew that our range would require a higher supply volume than a typical range. An important detail that could have been overlooked quite easily. So we were well sorted for our upcoming appointment date. Mike did an immaculate job of running the line and terminating for the range. He then connected and tested the range, leveled it and offered a suggestion for a nice burn-in for the oven itself. which, of course, was great and turned out brilliantly. He even cut and installed felt pads on the feet of this brute of a range so it will be easier to slide out for when we wish to clean behind. It's a 30" freestanding all gas range, but it weighs over 400lbs. A nice little touch that makes sense too. Thank you, Mike, for another outstanding installation. Again, you have exceeded our expectations...and admittedly, I tend to set the bar a little higher than most. We are grateful for your acute attention to detail and your vast experience. Once again, it was a pleasure to have had this service completed by you. You are a true professional.

I contacted Mike based on a recommendation from a co-worker. He spoke very highly of Mike and has had a couple jobs completed by Mike. I'm very pleased that I followed that recommendation. From the first email and call, through to job completion, Mike is a true professional. We requested that a gas line to be run (in our 1960s bungalow) so we could connect our grill on our back deck. Mike came over and assessed the work to be done, explored and discussed options with us, and provided a clear and accurate quote of what was required for this job. Mike's attention to detail and desire to make his work speak for itself are very evident. A pleasure to talk with, and to watch work. We will absolutely invite him back when we are ready to have the other line run for a gas stove (still deciding on which one)...a provisional tee for the stove line was already incorporated during this install.
