Excellent workmanship. Responsible and conscientious, great communication. Large project made more difficult by city by law changes. Mike and associates worked with us every step of the way. We are very happy with the final product and have received many compliments from the neighbours. Would absolutely recommend Shedman.
Basement drain backed up , unable to use any water source in the house.
Basement floor drain was blocked. Drainworks responded quickly, professionally and courteously. Jeremy identified the problem and gave an accurate cost of the job. He was Able to snake out the floor drain and spot the main problem with the line camera. (luckily for us on the city side of the pipes.) Jeremy was knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Will call again if any new problems arise and Would absolutely recommend Drainworks plumbing and Jeremy in particular.
