I interviewed and received quotes from many top rated contractors on HomeStars to finish our basement. We ended up choosing Victor because he seemed very accommodating, made smart suggestions, and his price was very competitive. We are beyond pleased that we chose Victor! We'd love to give him 6 stars if it were possible. He not only did a superb job and did it in a timely manner, he often went beyond the call of duty to help with suggestions for repair works on main floors and helped facilitate some of those works. Our basement looks better than the main floors now! The quality of his work was impeccable - he is a perfectionist, and it really showed in every detail. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us, and making sure we were happy with the tile selected, etc. If only all contractors were like Victor! He is hard working, honest and a gentleman.

We booked a last minute move with Anil and he was very accommodating to us. Their prices were definitely the most reasonable of all the "good" companies (high reviews). On move day, they actually came early and called us to see if that would be ok. What a good start! They had a 3rd guy with them that day, and they charged us a bit more per hour, but it worked out to be cheaper! Anil started with a walk-through to figure out what order to move everything in. There was very slight damage when they moved our piano, but Anil fixed it right away and even offered to have someone come in to fix it if he couldn't!! Seriously great service!! I also could not believe how quick they were, they didn't waste any time, both in loading and unloading. Our stuff arrived in perfect condition, and they assembled our furniture where we wanted it. Overall, they were friendly, efficient and honest - I'm so glad they could fit us in and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I can!!! Thanks Anil and team!
