My very good neighbour enlisted 7 Inch Concrete services based on his work for me. He did great job for me, but was not kind to my neighbour. He disappeared with the deposit and did not respond to requests to finish the job. Beware do not leave a deposit with him. Unfortunately, I would not recommend him.

Had a pre-inspection and post-inspection done by a representative (K.W) of Pro Home & Building Inspections (PHBI) after upgrading my furnace and air-conditioner . I was promised that the energy rebate would be received in about 3 months. 3 months went by and I inquired at Enbridge, who said they had not recieved the post audit from PHBI even though it was done 3 months prior. Several attempts to reach PHBI by phone had no response. Emails to PHBI bounced back as an invalid recipient. Finally, after 5 plus months, my rebates were issued, but not without my correspondence with Enbridge. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Pro Home & Building Inspections, and I would be cautious of anyone associated with them.

The deteriorating condition of my garage floor required some expert advice and attention. So I turned to 7 inch Concrete and Coating. Paul's quick response to my request for an estimate and his patience in helping me understand what could be done, showed me how important customer service is to him. The job involved scrubbing, grinding/sanding, fixing of all divots, applying a base coat, applying the flakes/pattern and, applying an epoxy finish. It turned out so good I didn't want to park our cars on it. Great Job to you and your crew Paul! Thanks!
