Our semi-detached house need a new roof. Peaked roof at the front and flat at the back. Jamie was recommended to me by a work colleague. I got him to give me a quote for all the work to be done as well as several other companies. Jamie was one of two companies that actually got up on the roof to inspect what needed to be done, there were 5 other companies that showed up and gave me a quote without getting up on the roof. Afer receiving all the quote information I made my decision to go with Jamie at Awash Roofing. He and his crew showed up on the scheduled day on time to start ripping off the old roof. Attention to some details such as where to discard of the old roofing was most appreciated. And not a single plant or flower was harmed in the process. I would recommend Jamie and his crew to anyone. We had a difficult bathroom reno to accomplish in a short amout of time given that it was our only bathroom. Pipes had to be moved, heating vent needed to be relocated, tub and surround were removed. Floor tiles removed and replaced. All in a very small bathroom (approx 7'x 5'0. The job was completed in less then 3 weeks, the workers were always on time and made sure to cover any surfaces that may get dirty in the process. Made every effort to accomodate last minute decision. It now looks like a brand new spa bath complete with jacuzzi tub.
