On Wednesday, May 28th, I phone to make an appointment for a technician to come and check my air conditioner unit that is currently not working. Well as you can imagine, I was so happy that they could book me in on Friday, May 30th, between the hours of 1 to 5 p.m. That day, I made arrangements for my daughter to stay home from work and look after the appointment. At 4:15 p.m. my daughter phoned me and told me that no one had come to the house yet, so I waited until 4:30 and phoned, and a very rude person told me that is was not yet 5:00p.m. When I got home from work, no one had arrived yet but waited until 5:20 to call the company, then when I made the phone call I was informed that they were running a bit late and that they were going to be at my house around 8:15 p.m. My husband and I had dinner plans with some friends, but because of the circumstances I decide to cancel my plans to be home when the technician arrived. Around 6:25 p.m. I got a call from the company saying that unfortunately the technician was not going to be able to make to my house until the second week of June. This is outrageous, my daughter missed a day of work, with no pay and it was truly for nothing. This company is very eager to sell you things you do not want or need but when you need them to help you out, all you get is bad customer service. Would I recommended them to anyone, no there is no way on this earth I would ever give them my recommendation. Bad customer service, bad answering service too. I will be sending a copy of this to the Better Business Bureau too.
