The bricks on the top of the chimney on our 30 year old house were falling apart. Ellen and Stephanie in the office were very courteous and responded to emails very quickly. Clarke said it could be a partial rebuild or a total tear down depending on how it looked from the inside. Zubair and his brother arrived promptly on schedule and clearly explained the process. After erecting the scaffold and examining the chimney, Zubair said a partial rebuild would suffice and their target was to complete the job that day. The new bricks were carefully matched, and as promised they finished in a day, leaving around 8pm. Zubair and his brother were extremely professional and respectful, and explained exactly what they were doing. They left the site immaculately clean, with no sign that any work had been done, apart from the rebuilt chimney! The guys were a pleasure to meet and deal with.
