Appliances arrived- different colors. called store-while we were supposedly on hold salesman spoke in a derogatory manner about situation to a co- worker. Never called us back-(2x)-cancelled visit to our home- told us to take it up with Samsung. VERY POOR AFTER SALE TREATMENT! Will not recommend to friends. This was after purchasing 3 appliances within 2 mos! Mark and Andy- shame on you!
