We had our solarium built 12 years ago, last year it started to fail in that various minor leaks occurred. We don't know why and we did not have a good service for backing up the repair up to this moment. One glass just failed recently. Tbe repair has been carried out and the owners have come to my house twice. It costs me $3700 and the owner is confident that we should be enjoying a leak free solarium for quite a while. If you do not see any follow up from now, it means that I have no more problem with this solarium.
