Don Armstrong from Oakville

We live in a home built in 1971 and two of the bathrooms and laundry room had not been modernized. We needed to have all completely rebuilt and modernized, one with a new tub, the other with a new shower. This involved stripping down to studs and sub-floor and building back up with dry wall, flooring painting etc. Of course there were new fan vents to be installed as these weren't required by code in the 70's if you had a window. Chris did a great job getting creative to route these new ducts to the outside. He also did a great job on the ceramic tile for floor, tub surround and shower. Chris helped with suggestions on the Laundry room and it came off fabulous. The great thing about Chris is he always on time and always does it right. We are very glad we used Beard and Associates for our renovation!
