Having requested an estimate by e-mail, I was contacted by Chris Wright very promptly. He inspected our mansard roof thoroughly, showed me pictures of the problems identified, explained what needs to be done, provided a detailed work estimate and adhered to the time-window he committed to have the work done. All the work was done within 2 days as promised, the crew made sure to remove all debris and Chris followed up with a visit to ensure customer satisfaction. Service was excellent, at a reasonable price and we plan to continue using the services of RememberMeRoofing.
