I would 100% recommend Swift X to manage any pest control issue. Mike is knowledgeable, asks the right questions, listens, and is reliable. He is an excellent communicator. But what sets his company above others, in my opinion, is his integrity and professionalism. He stands behind his guarantees and truly cares about his clients and helping them resolve their pest problems. He tackled a mice, mite and ant problem for us. We live in a semi-detached home which makes completely eradicating the mice challenging however he went above and beyond, returning several times to refresh the bait and even baiting the neighbouring house. His quote was competitive but his high level of service makes it excellent value. We will definitely be calling Swift X again for any future pest control issues.

I would gladly hire JDavis Painting again. The online booking process for an estimate was easy. Jeff provided a comprehensive estimate on the same day. I liked that he asked for feedback about what was important to us for a job well done. Tony, Ian and Kobe were assigned to our job. They were outstanding -- professional, great communicators, respectful of our home and detail-oriented. The quality of their work was excellent. The only reason I couldn't give a 10/10 was because I had to follow up a few times regarding scheduling the job.

We notified the service department of some issues that came up after the windows were installed. We had a great experience with Milap. He was courteous and professional. He addressed all of our outstanding issues in a systematic and efficient manner. He was also very knowledgeable and provided helpful education about maintenance and cleaning of the solar shades and thermal blinds. He should be recognized for the excellent service he provided.

We chose Kingsway to outfit our house with blinds and stair runners because of our previous positive experiences with them. We are extremely happy with the quality of the products. But what stands out the most for us is the fantastic service from store to installation. We would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

I chose The Duct Cleaning Specialists after speaking with Paul. He was the only person of the 4 companies I called who asked questions to better understand my particular situation, including requesting that I text him photos of the dryer and exhaust vent. He arrived within the specified 2 hour window. He cleaned out the lint from our dryer vent and didn't even charge us because it wasn't as big of a job as anticipated. He educated us about how to maintain/clean out the dryer vent ourselves in the future. I had also asked him about cleaning the ducts in our condo. He informed us that our type of forced air HVAC system doesn't typically requiring cleaning which saved us another $300 dollars. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. As a result of this experience I will definitely be a long-term customer and have arranged for dryer vent cleaning in a couple of other condo units. Update: I asked Paul to clean out the dryer vents and inspect the ducts for cleaning for 2 other condo units. As with my previous experience, I found Paul to be very professional. He kept me informed with his arrival time. He inspected the dryer vent and HVAC systems. After inspection he indicated they did not require extensive cleaning. I liked his honesty -- he did not attempt to convince me to pay for a service that he felt was not necessary, despite the time required for him to drive downtown. He provided useful, practical advice about how to maintain the dryer vent, keep the HVAC system clean and improve the air quality in the units. I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with Paul of the Duct Cleaning Specialists and would highly recommend his company.

We have since recommended Kingsway to others who are also very satisfied customers. I needed to repair a couple of cracked support beams and loose joints for a vintage dining chair. Waltopine offered the most reasonable price. He reglued and refinished the cracked beams and secured the loose joints. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. When he was done, I couldn't even tell where the breaks used to be. I would use his services again.

We purchased a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in an older building, planning for a complete renovation. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in terms of functionality, layout and design of the space, but had no prior renovation experience. After one no-show and interviewing 3 other contracting companies, we chose ArcLine because we liked what we saw of their work and felt that Bahadur best understood our perspective and would be able to execute and contribute to our vision. They took the unit back to the concrete floor, ceiling and rebuilt everything from scratch. We found the ArcLine team to be hard working, easygoing and open to ideas. We felt it was truly a collaborative process to customize every aspect of the space including a custom kitchen, bathrooms, closet organizers and reclaimed wood doors. Bahadur also provided helpful input to ensure added functionality, most efficient use of space and aesthetics. Throughout the process we met regularly with Bahadur. He was readily available and consistently responsive to our questions and if something needed to be changed. We communicated frequently via email too; his wife Darlene was of great assistance with the correspondence. Although ArcLine’s quote was slightly higher than others, we felt the value was worth it given their meticulous workmanship and high quality of materials used. The suppliers he recommended for things like tile, hardwood floor, kitchen and bathroom fixtures carried an excellent variety of products that were of very good quality. There were a few things that could have been better coordinated and resulted in minor delays such as electrical rewiring, incorrect fixtures ordered for the bathroom and kitchen sink; however these issues were remedied to our satisfaction. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and are very happy that we chose the ArcLine team to renovate it for us.
