I got these folks' names through word of mouth, and was a bit concerned due to their small number of reviews here, but I had nothing to worry about. Although they arrived slightly late due to traffic, they did an excellent job: friendly, professional, answering all questions before and during the job. First rate equipment, from the huge truck to the pneumatic "spiders" that whipped around and cleaned the inside of the ducts. They even will take and show you before/After photos of the ducts, but just be sure to ask for this before they start.

Dealing with these folks is a pleasure every step of the way. Extremely polite and professional, answering all questions even during the installation. Punctual and fast working, too. I'll definitely be calling them again for any more garage door work.

We brought Water Works in to fix a couple of toilets including a shutoff valve replacement. At the time of booking, everything was fully explained beforehand, and Larry the technician was extremely patient with all my questions and explanations of options. He arrived fully self-contained, including welding torch, and finished much faster than I anticipated. Very professional from start to finish, I'd definitely use them again. I especially appreciated the email beforehand with the technician's name and photo so I knew who to expect at my door.
