A two Z installed us a front door and 15 windows. I am an experienced construction worker specialized in finition but also very good with most trade including door installations... and A two Z is the most uncraftmanship company I ever witnessed! My girlfriend was home while the work was done and texted me the old deadbolt broke in the door and they had to grind it to reopen the door... Oh well, never seen that happening before but no being there I couldn't see what happened. As soon as I got home, it was obvious... A two Z never leveled the sill of the door causing a misalignment between the striker plate and the deadbolt causing severe friction and breaking the deadbolt... It's the way we do things in Calgary was the answer from JJ the owner and he told me it was a favor to put the deadbolt in at my risk, and we would actually needed to call a locksmith to install the deadbolt!!!!!!! I have to refrain myself to call this bozo a worst name! It is specified in the manufacturer installation guide that everything has to be leveled and a guy with 28 years of experience as he claims having should know this so he just doesn't care. He even said that an installation on an older house (built in 1984) doesn't have to be as good as a new house so in other words it can look like cr... and he doesn't take responsability for the damage caused to the door by grinding the deadbolt instead of simply removing the hinges pins and slide it out!!! On top, all the trims of the windows haven't been fastened together causing all the finished joints to crack and it will keep happening unless I remove them all and reinstall them properly. So I am left with no choice but to bring them in court for a new door and trims and all the installations. I had to contract the work because my shoulders are in bad shape and I am new in Calgary. A two Z general contracting is to stay away from unless you don't care for proper craftmanship for your buck
