My wife works from home and we needed a place for her to work, a place for me to watch tv and a bedroom space for our daughter wgen she visits from New York. It was a challenge for us in our newly renovated condos second bedroom. We worked with Brian and he listened to our needs and designed a wonderful working space to accommodate all of our needs and requirements. The installation was a challenge but Vil and Rick did an amazing job to complete the installation. We recommend Fortino Custom Cabinets to everyone we talk to and whoever vists our new home. Working with Fortino from design through to install was absolutely amazing and an absolute pleasure.

Fortino Custom Closets puts their customers FIRST! Customer service par excellence. It all starts with a face to face meeting with the interior designer who visits your home to take measurements, listens to your requirements & then makes you a selection of a few different plans to choice from. During subsequent meetings you review & plan out your entire closets while seeing them in 3D on a computer screen. At the showroom you select the colors & the type of wood to use. Right before the order is placed you receive final drawings showing all details. You are then contacted by the design team coordinator who sets up a schedule for production, delivery & installation. The day before installation you receive a phone call advising of the installers arrival time. The installation is quick, organized.. Thanks to Rick for his innovated comments & especially to his neatness & clean work process. After the total installation, another phone call from the coordinator to verify that everything is OK. Special thanks to Brian for his patience, amazing understanding of the space requirements we had in our new condo. We recommend this company to anyone who is doing any type of renovation for closets or storage requirements. Contacted Andre to get a quote as we wanted to change the color of our existing hardwood floor in a 1500 square foot condo as we were doing a complete gut & full renovations. Every other floor company we spoke to said we had to remove the old floor and replace it. Andre looked at the floor and said " do not remove this beautiful floor, I can repair it." After demolition of the condo & removal & replacement of walls, Andre arrive to insert new hardwood boards. He matched the floor perfectly. Sanded the entire condo & then stained the floors with our new color. Andre saved us about $5000.00 by keeping the old floor which was only 4 years old. I would recommend Andre & NewRidge without hesitation for all your flooring needs.

After 3 months of construction/renovations on our condo we have already used Dust Ladies 3 times to clean up our new home. Rebeca and her team of dust ladies arrived on time each time with all the necessary equipment & cleaning products to do the most spectacular clean up I have ever seen. Their attention to detail with care and concern in doing the clean up was as if it was their own home. Rebeca followed our direction with regard to what we wanted done & then went above our expectations by checking on each room to ensure her team did the best possible job. Not all Homestars companies are created equal! Once we decided it was time to change our 15 year old furnace & air conditioner we contacted 3 Homestars companies each with a 10 rating. Boris from Cozy World returned our call within the same day & was at our front door the next day to check out what we needed & what we had as our existing equipment. We are still waiting for return phone calls from the other two companies. Boris arranged to have his installer & assistant visit our home the next day,before we even decided to give the job to Cozy World, in order to check out the situation. We have a finished basement, a full deck in the backyard & live in a town house attached on both sides. Everyone wanted to make sure how this job could be done with minimal breakage to walls, ceilings & deck. Since we never heard from the other two companies & already had done our due diligence on pricing we decided to work with Cozy World & gave them the job. In order to help the process we decided to have our deck floor opened on our own so that Kam & his assistants would not need to do it, even though they were prepared to. The day of installation went like a well oiled machine. Kam & his team arrived at 8:30 AM. About an hour later Boris arrived with the furnace & air conditioner units. That's right the owner of the company personally delivered the new equipment! Getting the new furnace into the house was no issue but the air conditioner unit was a different story. Boris drove around the corner about a block away & two of the workers with a dolly rolled the new 200 pound unit across the open field & into my back yarn. They had to take the old air conditioner unit out the same way. After installation, around 4:00 PM, another truck arrived to remove all the debris, old furnace, air conditioner coil,cardboard boxes & cleaned up my entire garage. That was a total of 4 workers, not including Boris the owner. I want to thank Kam & his installation team, Valie & Chris, for a job well done! Needless to say I would recommend Cozy World to any one who is going to change their furnace & air conditioners. If Homestars had a higher star rating than 10 they should definitely put Cozy World into it as in my opinion they certainly stand alone! Sheldon & Rochelle
