After interviewing a few contractors, Ravineview was the one who most listened to what we wanted and gave reasonable feedback about what would work and what wouldnt. Ravineview completely remodelled (back to subfloor and studs) a main floor and basement bathroom and they look fantastic, as well as being much more spacious and functional than before. We had a lot of flexibility about what fixtures we wanted (though that also pushed a lot of the decision making to us), so we got what we were looking for. There were a few modifications to the initial quote (e.g additional work for a recessed medicine blanket or an in-wall tap), but they were always discussed and agreed to beforehand so no surprises at the end. So far, the warranty service has been great as well, requiring only a bit of recaulking. They came by and did it promptly. Ravineview worked well with us, when we had conflicting work with a tankless recirculating valve that needed installed, resulting in very minimal delays, despite it being our fault. Overall, would definitely work with Ravineview again!

The quality of the work was great, I wish we’d done it years ago. Weeks later, I’m still pleased. I have two minor quibbles about the overall experience, but they wouldn’t prevent me from using Tiles R Us again, or from recommending them to a friend. The first is that I had to do quite a bit of cleanup of the job site and surrounding area (although he put in a very long day, so perhaps it can be forgiven :) ). The second is that, after agreeing to the quote, I couldn’t get one final question answered (communication via email). Neither of the above should be taken as a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, I’m happy with the work and feel I received good value.

We contacted M&R Roofing and a half-dozen others to remove our roof completely, reinsulate our cathedral ceiling, and replace the plywood and shingles. M&R's quote wasn't the lowest, but they were the only ones that completely addressed all our wishes. Their communication was fantastic, as was the photo documentation of the existing roof's problems. The work was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend you go with them.
