Working with Elliot and his team was a very transparent, efficient, and professional process. The work was delivered with quality of work in mind and Elliot was very engaged during the entire project to ensure and verify that the work was done to his and our satisfaction throughout the process. Previously we had an issue with poor sloping and draining in certain areas of the backyard, which was fixed as well. We are very pleased with the service and quality of our railings from Art Metal. Mariya was a pleasure to work with. The installers were patient and able to make some highly desired modifications on site.

Their service was very good and the technicians were fast and professional. However, I felt I paid too much after I did a search and discovered they charged me $185.00 to replace a $10.00 part that took approx 10 minutes. My advice to Apple Appliance Sales & Service Inc is to create a more consistent pricing and service cost model for your customers. A flat rate, plus time billed with a min of 30 minutes would have been more reasonable. My advice to others is to question cost and perhaps do a bit self diagnostic before calling someone.
