After reading a lot of positive reviews on TorontoGranite, almost immediately i felt this is the place to do my kitchen counter top. The workmanship and quality of work as excellent. Mark came to do the measurements and gave me couple advice on how to do certain things and Stipo came to do the installation. I was suprised how quick the installation took (literally 1 hour) and they were just great people and ON TIME. There was a minor gap after the installation of the countertop as it didn't flush towards the wall, but they were quick to fix it. The only disappointment i had was Vlad from the store. He seemed like a nice person however the service he provided or the help he provided was less than mediocre and at times came across as rude. He expected me to figure what slab size to choose for my kitchen inspite of sharing the measurements and i replied, you are the expert. We visited the store 3 times prior to deciding to go ahead and all three times i felt the same. Once again, the only reason i continued going with Toronto Granite was the amazing reviews i read and not the poor service i received at the store. I am extremely happy with them, and will definitely choose them again.

My dryer was not working for about 2 months and i would take my clothes to the coin laundry and didn't bother fixing it, simply because you really don't know what the repair cost would be or are these tech's going to charge a lot. After reading all positive reviews about Vlad, i decided to call him and was not disappointed one bit. He came exactly when he said he would, saw the dryer in about 5 minutes was able to pin point the problem right away. My door switch has been broken and before buying a replacement part, he did a loop trick just to show me that the dryer would work if we got the part. He got the part in 30 mins (as he didn't have it on him), and in no time, got my dryer up and running. Vlad, is very smart and is very knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing and his service cost of $65 is very reasonable. My only regret, i wish i called him a LONG time back.
