Terrible customer service experience. After failing to deliver a functioning or damage free oven for the fourth time we were forced to contact Kitchen Aid directly. Goeman’s customer service was only interested in scheduling the next pick up. Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Clearly I am guilty of expecting something from Goeman’s that they are incapable of providing. Calls to the sales rep and store manager went unanswered. No one took responsibility for the situation they put us in. No one apologized, however Brett the store manager did offer us $20 off a microwave. They have a great selection, but I recommend buying from somewhere else.
