Eric was great! We had what we thought was a roof leak. He came out quickly, did a full inspection and gave his recommendation that it was circulation rather than a roof leak. When we had decided on adding extra vents he came quickly to do the work and his communication was great. Will absolutely call on him again in the future if I need any other roof repair!

We are extremely happy with John and the team at True North Eavestroughing. Our old eaves were in very rough shape (most likely original to the house and 20+ years old now) and were poorly maintained by the previous owners. John came out, gave us a quote and walked us through the process. A couple of changes were required to the original downspout locations on job day but John, the workers and myself talked it all through and everything went perfectly. The results have been great. The eaves work perfectly, the downspouts (and zip-hinges) are in better locations than they were before and keep all water away from the house. They even went the extra mile for us on the install and far exceeded expectations. Even more, when I had a question about one section of the eavestroughing after the work was complete John was VERY quick to respond and his answer was right on the money. In the rain we have had since the install things have gone perfectly and they work like a dream. I have no problems recommending John and his team to anyone else and if I ever have need of eavestrough services again I won't call anyone else.
