Our Kenmore washing machine had stopped working mid-cycle. Louis came out and quickly figured out what was wrong. He had the part on his truck and had the machine back working during the same appointment.

Thank you Keith for your great work! Ours was not an easy job - 23 year old home that had this work done only 4 times before and a recent renovation. Needless to say the whole system was a mess. Keith was quick to get back to my request, showed up when he said he would and did a very thorough job. Keith clearly takes pride in his work. We will see him back here, without hesitation, for the next cleaning.
