I am a repeat customer of Loyal Seal. I had them do my windows in my previous home over 4 years ago. This time, I had them do a full house and 2 doors. Fair price, smooth process, product came as promised, good installation with minimal hassle and mess. I was present for the entire thing and observed, truly felt confident in the workmanship as the installers were clearly pro's who knew what they were doing. They installed the new stuff with great care, and disposed of the old stuff for me, leaving my place pretty clean, just had to use the vacuum to clear some small debris, nothing major. All in all a good experience, far more responsible than many other companies that I have used for numerous other home improvement projects. Would use them again myself, would and have recommended to family and friends.

Within a few days I had met with a rep, Denis to discuss. Denis was a true professional, he listened carefully to my needs and provided me with a number of options. I let him know that I liked his no pressure approach and that I would get back to him after some shopping around. I met with other companies and felt that none were as knowledgeable or realistic as Denis, they were not matching prices and were mostly concerned with pushing me into spending more money than I had budgeted for. I contacted Denis again and went ahead with his quote. Firstly, the whole installation process was competed within less than a week, the installers were curteous and polite, they took great care of my home over the course of the installation. Secondly, the product had been delivered and installed as promised and I am very happy with my purchase. Denis reached out to me some time in the following months to ensure that I was happy and had asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend loyal seal to anyone who needs windows and doors. If you want a reliable product, a fair/affordable price, and great service these guys are the way to go.
