We researched a few plumbers and got different quotes and then we found The Toronto Plumber.ca (Alex and his associate Terry) through Home Stars. They are very professional and polite and I felt extra security in learning that Alex has many, many solid years of experience. I called them because of an issue in a rental unit regarding the bathroom/bathtub pipes/fixtures. The tenants reported that when the cold water was turned on slightly (like a weak stream), the tap or pipes would cause a really noisy racket and it only seemed to be getting worse because the water temperature would fluctuate when both hot/cold were on and then it would become scalding hot. Alex examined the problem, conducted many point / safety checks, clearly communicated the problem in a professional way so that I could understand exactly what was going on and completed the job with cleanliness and quality.
