The customer service rep went way out of her way to help us size the quantity that we needed on various rooms. They were patient and helpful.

Employee were not trained in mixing the colours that I wanted and needed to ask several people for assistance. With inexperienced staff, service was very slow and not efficent at all. Rona charges so much, that you would expect them to have more trained staff assisting customers.
