After reading positive reviews, decided to contact JMT to give as an estimate to replace our roof. As soon as I met John, I knew already that he will have my business (gut feeling). I say, he is friendly, knowledgeable and patience. He assessed the roof gave an estimate, recommendation and options. The job was scheduled on April 25 and was told that it will be done at the end of the day. Yup, heard that before and it always turned out that the job will be going for at least for 2 days. Surprise!! Just before the sunset, the crews were packing up and got a call from John telling me that the job is done! During the job, John gave me a call and I was thinking and we go again! From previous experienced,after stripping the old shingles they call you and tell you that your plywood and etc need to be replaced and it will cost you extra hundreds and at times thousands. Not with John, he call to let us know about the progress and he recommended that our roof is still in good shape and everything is going just fine! As promise, no hidden charges, the place was left clean and tidy. Even our tenants are impressed with the crews and their work. They said that the crews kept on working and hardly had any breaks at all. Well, what can I say! Kudos for a job well done and highly competitive price!! Highly recommended for an A1 job and will definitely use your service in the future! Thanks, Roel
