During our recent basement renovation we hired Visic Brothers to replace our old furnace and a/c units as well as our rented water heater. We were incredibly happy with the service we received.
When we requested a quote for the work, Angelo came at our earliest convenience and was very detailed in outlining exactly what work would be included and before we signed the contract he continued to be very helpful in answering all follow-up questions we had.
The work started on time and was finished ahead of schedule. The team was able to remove the existing systems and replace them within the same day to ensure we did not ever have to be without our A/C or hot water which was very much appreciated. There was also a significant amount of duct work redone in the basement and we were incredibly happy with the results. We knew there was some room for improvement when it came to the clearance height in our somewhat low-ceilinged basement, but we were blown away by how big an improvement Angelo's design made. It was so much better than that proposed by other companies and beyond what we had thought possible.
Once the work was finished Angelo was quick to follow-up to discuss the work that was done and return our key. They also handled the return of our water heater to the rental company so we didn't have to worry about it.
