Life was just going to well, then we had a huge traumatic house fire and lost everything!! Both very busy professionals with limited time, crazy travel, busy schedules, one disabled with accommodation needs and neither remotely creative ......... "Hello Raywall-Ottawa" The meet, greet and lets do it took 3 days. Paperwork throughout the project was efficient and seamless. The contractor and Raywall worked for a year on our project, no issues and great frequent efficient communication. Carly Morin returned e mails, and Texts 24/7. (seriously who does that!!). Carly was "a four foot angel in high heel boots"!!! I cried, complained, was impatient, un-decisive, probably rude and a completely impossible nightmare client. She listened professionally and quickly understood our needs, lifestyle, family, routine, requirements and more importantly our budget with timeline. She proposed creative and innovative design ideas. My counters are all ergonomically correct, functional and provide an energy efficient flow. The huge ceiling to floor mullioned glass door food pantry is individually coloured matt black. Stunning. The general quality is excellent, quiet close well fitted, cuboards,all easily adjusted and wiped clean. Quick to deliver a missing cabinet and some extra moulding and still met deadline. Site visits x4 to ensure engineering technical fit and follow up, despite the 1hr 45min drive each way. It was a huge and complex job many rooms with unique requirements . The result is beyond expectation and I am proudly thrilled to say " Raywall and Carly Morin 'A Great CANADIAN COMPANY' thank you always for my new home"
