I had several quotes for the job. I was concerned whether I would get the reno done at least this year before the winter sets in ,due to the symmetry of window pane suggested by local manufacturers and review of poor workmanship of their installers. I was skeptic about Weather Pro, when I got multiple calls from their call center (with thick Tagalog accent) trying to setup appt with different sales guys for the same day and couldn't comprehend when I tried to explain to them that an appointment had already been scheduled. All the callers had to place me on long hold to provide me an address for Edmonton office and everyone provided a different address which never existed. Finally got a call from Andrew, I confirmed the appt half heartedely. But Andrew is a straight shooter, he demonstrated the quality of the product , all his work orders and payment he received, WCB coverage , city permits, BBB registration etc convinced me, he offered a competitive price for the quality we were looking for.(You can knock of some price if you let them to place their signs on their lawn for little while). He got the deal done on his first visit which was dragging for two years. The product was delivered and scheduled for installation on time.My neighbor placed an order with other dealer one month ahead of us and awaiting delivery towards end of November. I am so grateful to Vitali for his quality of craftsmanship,he ensured everything is done right without rushing through. They used high quality foam and caulking, ensuring things around their work area was well protected from damage and they cleaned up the debris right away which complements their consideration for house owners. Vitali and Brad were very professional and courteous and explained to us how to use the product properly to protect our investment. I would strongly recommend Weather Pro to all my friends and family if Weather Pro continue to retain their quality of product and great service.
