My mother made the mistake of contracting with Gerry for major work without getting references and competitive quotes. As for others complaining here, he made promises that he would deliver and kept coming back for cash until 90% of the money was spent but work is far from done and what is done is of very inferior quality. He left off work in November last year and now does not return calls, has effectively abandoned the project leaving siding half done, roofing with significant issues, basement leaking worse than before. Take this man on at your own risk! His full name is Gerry L{edited}, and you can bet he will fold this company and be out working under another business name soon; his web site URL is no longer current (appears to be for sale again).
