OH. MY. GOD. Dave is super meticulous, and his attitude is wonderful. He takes on his projects with a zeal and determination. I get the feeling that there is no job too much for Dave, and he loves the challenges every job brings. The details: We asked Dave to clean a basement apartment after out tenant left, plus our first floor kitchen. We hadn't had anyone come in to clean for a while, and I expected a regular "molly maid" type service. Instead Dave came in, examined this job, and set out precisely how long it would take him, the cost, and the details of how he cleans, the products he uses and the benefits of using some green-based products that minimize the waste and toxins to the environment. This particular job took him a day and a half, and I have never seen such a meticulous and caring cleaning job. He does this with a smile, and usually a funny anecdote or two about some of the nightmares he has faced in the past. He did such a good job that we invited him back to do a "deep clean" on our bathrooms, and they are spectacular. Dave is a pleasure to work with and we HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. Dean & Carolyn
