We were very happy with the El Cheapo movers. The contract was spelled out to me on the phone and was very clear on the charges. I called 10 days before the moving day to let them know we had more boxes than we had thought, so on the day of the move, they sent a 3-man crew instead of the two man we discussed originally, for a small increase in fee. We were relieved to be able to move even more quickly! The crew arrived within the time slot (12 to 2 pm) and worked hard for about 5 hours. They were very efficient and friendly, and didn't waste any time. I highly recommend them.

On the phone, I enquired about cancellation fees: if I had cancelled at least one week before the booking, no fee was applied. I cancelled 10 ten days before the scheduled date, and my CC has been charged 100$!! Gets 0 for poor customer service.
