We contracted with Pedigree to stain the perimeter fence of a house we own in Vancouver. This project was made more difficult by the fact that we live 110 kms to the east. We were impressed by the whole Pedigree team. Brystal and Pablo were a joy to work with. I even had Pablo convinced I spoke Spanish (which I dont).

This is the second time we have used Sandro to do renovations on a small house we own in Vancouver. He did a great job on the main floor bathroom a few years ago, so we decided to use him again to renovate the basement bathroom. The lime green sink put in many years ago was rusting and the cabinet deteriorating. Sandro replaced the sink, faucet and vanity. He also installed a tile backsplash around the sink and replaced the bathroom baseboards and floor. He also replaced a loose tile by the shower and painted the wall and window well. When we pointed out a couple of holes in the drywall to give access the main water shut off, Sandro fixed that as well.

My wife and I own a rental house in the Dunbar area of Vancouver. This house was where I grew up many years ago. When my father passed away, I inherited the house and rented it. Eight years ago we began renting it to our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandchildren. The house is over seventy years old and in need of some maintenance. The roof has been redone and the single pane windows have been replaced with more energy efficient double pane. This year we decided to improve the upstairs bathroom. We hired Sandro to do the job. This proved to be a very good decision. He took the bathroom down to its bare bones. The existing tub was too shallow, the sink too small and coming away from the wall. Additionally, the toilet was cracked and not operating properly. Sandro retiled the bathroom floor (also cracked) and the tub surround. He is a one man wrecking crew. What our family really liked is that he cleaned up after every day spent on the job. Sandro can do it all, demolition, electrical, plumbing, tiling painting and so much more. This job was complicated in that I live in Chilliwack. I only met Sandro once in person and a couple of times on Zoom but instantly had confidence in him. He has an outstanding work ethic and I have no hesitation in recommending Sandro to anyone looking to renovate an existing home.

My wife and I own a rental house on the west side of Vancouver. It was actually the house I grew up in. The house is currently occupied by our daughter, son-in-law, and our two grandchildren. This year we decided to replace the seventy year old single pane windows with much more energy efficient double pane windows. We chose Legacy for a couple of reasons. First, good reviews on Home Stars and second familiarity with Milgard windows. Although, because of the Covid pandemic, we have yet to see the new windows our tenants are thrilled. They feel they are living in a new house and it is so much warmer.

We contracted with Westcoast Modernscape to repair a brick wall at the front of a rental house we have in Vancouver. Ray and Bryce convinced us to not only replace the brick wall but also the stone wall that ran along the lane. Two stones had fallen out and the rest were being held together by dirt. They did a fabulous job. Not only did they replace the wall but they also replaced the stairs at the front of the house, the light which was not working properly and pressure washed the entire wall including the part completed several years earlier. They did the job in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Very pleased with what they did.

We want to commend your employee Jay for the great job he did. He arrived on time, worked for almost 6 hours, was thorough and efficient. He was also pleasant and friendly. We are very pleased with the job that was done. We will certainly call on your company another time!
