Royal Decks constructed a simple but highly functional deck off the rear of our recently renovated home. This is a solid structure that uses composite decking and pressure treated 2"x 10" joists throughout. It was finished with a glass railing and privacy screening at the ends of the deck. This is a wonderful safe place for two three year old children to play. Miro was quite creative in suggesting design alternatives to take best advantage of a small yard. We were happy with the workmanship and friendliness of Adrian, the carpenter who did most of the work. We have no hesitation in recommending Royal Decks and Miro as a competent contractor who works with the utmost integrity and commitment to his clients.

Stephan provided a detailed estimate to replace the entire sanitary sewer which was damaged by roots. The replacement was scheduled by Stephan and Terry and his crew arrived on a recent Thursday morning, explained fully how the work would proceed, protected the neighbour's lawn and areas around the excavation with tarps and the crew commenced work. They showed up on time on both days, were tidy in the work and, upon completion the next day, cleaned up the area so it did not appear if any holes had been dug. Great work by all.
