An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The sewer/sanitary pipe which runs to the street broke off my house due to poor installation by the builder. For about $1850 Clearview ran a camera down, augered the line and ran a hydrojet. Clearview didn't identify or fix the problem and gave a very expensive quote to replace the line. Also, Clearview's salesperson was less knowledgeable than the person I chose to go with. In my experience, Clearview can provide you with prompt service, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their work and would expect to pay a very high price for it.
