This was our second time using the service of James from Frontline in the last 5 years. Once again we were extremely pleased with his professional approach and the results of his report. James inspected our current house when we bought it in 2009, we were relocating from outside the province and to have his experience with the local construction history and codes was very valuable. His report became our "do to" list. We recently decided to move to a larger home (2014) and did not hesitate to call James again. I value James because he works for us not the Realtor, his report is factual and complete, and he does a very thorough job. He has in-depth knowledge and takes the time to explain what he sees, both as he sees it and in his follow up report. If you're thinking of buying a new or resale home I recommend you have James look at it first. It was great value and money well spent
