Today I had Darnell, Ken and Austin at my place. First it was Ken and Austin cleaning the vents - they were professional, did a great job, didn't need any help - and were fast. Got a ton of dust and drywall bits and cruft out of my return air and supply lines. I'm sure it will help us have less dust, less pet hair and less stuff. We've got pets and even if you vacuum the vents - it can't compete with a proper truck-mounted unit. Right after, Darnell was here to clean my carpets. Showed him the important areas, went right to work and cleaned it all up. I have two carpet machines (SpotBot and upright) and you will never get a carpet as clean as these guys do with the truck. Never. Guy is super professional, very nice and did a great job. If you pick a company, I recommend them. Never had a bad experince in 12 years, expanded to using the furance cleaning and while it isn't free, the improvement is dust, smells and general cleanliness can't be rivaled. They're also a local Calgary company, not a chain - so the money you spend on them stays in Calgary, with Calgarians. Busy Saturday - but worth it. My sinuses will probably thank me in a day or two. Haha!

Been an owner of a Vivint system for over three years. 42 months to be exact. Signed up and had nothing but issues. Salesperson claimed that I was supposed to get pan and tilt cameras - didn't work with the panel I was given so the install rep informed me of that after he walked in the door for the install. Turned around and installed different sensors and modules and then diligently paid my whopping $68.99 plus taxes a month for 42 months. Within 6 months I pulled the thermostat out and installed a Nest - the default one was garbage. System was relatively stable except it would never update, ever. Had to check for updates like a 2005 wifi router. Then when you get to the end of the contract, they pretend you're getting a good deal paying $70/mo for basic old 2Gig hardware and 42 month old panels. Then you cancel and the email comes in telling you they'll do $35 a month, but they won't honour the door locks, thermostat control or anything else. Uh... okay? Honestly, if you want to buy a garbage alarm system and pay less you're probably better to go to Think. If they existed when I was dealing with this years ago - would have bought from them. Instead - I'm stuck with a ton of 2Gig hardware and a bunch of greedy Calgary companies that tried to force me into another contract. This industry is dominated by shady players.

I originally bought my first saltwater tank from these guys in 200&, and have been there over and over for about 6 years till I shut it down and sold it when I moved. I've always had good service from them even though they're busy sometimes and they've always been very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Called and bought over the phone since I had researched the designs and media and didn't get sucked in by the Kinetico "magic water" sales lines. The fellow arrived on-time and provided the exact items I ordered, plus also there were no additional charges not explained to me. It was installed cleanly in my basement, the way I wanted it, with the locations discussed with me before plumbing (an issue my Dad had with a different vendor). Overall, I'm very happy - he showed me how to use the unit - showed me how to install salt and also set me up for filter updates on his system for the RO unit. Overall I'm very happy with the transaction and experience.

Jay was prompt (actually early) and completed his work in a timely manner and did his best on my carpets, it was nice to see them as clean as they could be and also a little more raised. He got all the edges and treated me well. The price was fair for the work done.
