A major clot in the kitchen sink where water backed up into my dish washer. I called Public Plumbing right away as I had used their service before and was quite satisfy with their work. A water pipe going into the hot water tank burst suddenly on Monday late afternoon. I called several places for emergency service, all would make an appointment for inspection and could not give a time when they could come as it was late. Public Plumbing was able to have a technician call me shortly. Although it was late, their technician, Vlad, made it to my house, inspected the problem and advised the pipes and valve need replacement. He offered a couple options, citing the pros and cons of each. The prices were reasonable. I am quite pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism and needless to say, it's a job well done. My home experienced multiple black-outs within a few days. Checked with the City, there was no problem in my area. I found AC Electrical on the internet. I was quite pleased with their up-front advice of the charges and it was reasonable. Mike came to the house and after inspection showed me the reasons for the blackout. He made two recommendations plus the pros and cons of each. I opted to replace the panel and upgrade to a safer system. Michael (a different electrician) came to do the job. He was pleasant, professional and friendly to my cat. He answered all my questions in the process. At the end, everything was checked out, all were working well. He identified the major switches on the panel and gave a briefing how those switches work. After that he collected all the junk from the old panel and cleaned up the entire work area. Shortly after Michael left, an inspector from Electrical Safety Authority came to inspect - it was a pass. I am quite pleased with Mike's and Michael's professionalism and their quality of work. I will highly recommend AC Electrical to my friends and family.
