I just wanted to pass along some kind words for the people at House Smart. From start to finish they were amazing and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else looking to replace their windows or sliding doors. As mentioned by a few others here, they were not the most expensive nor were they the least expensive – they came in at a comfortable price point between the highest and lowest. I started the process out by contacting 5 other contractors to get quotes to replace 6 windows and a 1 sliding door. Of all the contractors I contacted House Smart was amongst the first to call me back and genuinely seemed to want my business. A sales person by the name of Bryan visited a few short days later and did a great job going through the options available and explained the process involved. What ultimately lead me to choose House Smart was not only the competitive quote and the quality of their product but the fact Bryan was always available to answer the countless questions and concerns I brought up. Things continued to move forward smoothly after I agreed to have House Smart replace my windows – I was given an installation date 3 weeks out which is amazing considering other companies were quoting much longer wait times. On the date of install Corey and his team arrived and, again, there were absolutely no problems. Corey was considerate, professional and knew what he was doing. Even the small details impressed me – Corey and his crew kept taking their boots off while walking around inside and cleaned any small messes they would inevitably make as they went along. Corey even spotted a very minor scratch on one of the sliding door windows and was honest enough to point it out immediately, promising a replacement would be ordered. I have no hesitation using House Smart again in the fall when I replace more windows in my house.
