Spray foam insulation, drywall, mud and tape
We built a new home near Cochrane Alberta and were our own general contractors. We came across Jertyne through advertising and interviewed them like any other company. Right from the start they were easy to deal with and were eager to answer any questions. At first we were simply looking for a company to do the spray foam insulation but they asked if they could also quote on the rest of the dry walling and muddying and taping. They were so well priced that they did all parts for only a few thousand more than other quotes on just the insulation. We talked with a family friend in the construction industry and he spoke well of them so we proceeded. Things went quite well in the big picture. There were some scheduling complications but they did everything they could to keep up on their promise. The insulation tech Chris was a real pleasure to deal with and he even came in on his day off to try to keep the project of time. The muddying and taping crew they sub contracted to do our house was simply amazing. We have had many people do that work for us on reno projects and this family was spectacular. We did encounter a complication with the attic insulation but they owned the problem without excuse and got it appropriately dealt with. We really could not have expected much more from a company in that industry.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- The PM that we had was not very creative in helping to resolve complications. He could have been more interested in our single family project relative to the large companies that his other projects serviced.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Hire Jertyne without question. Just be sure to be very conscious of timelines and don't be afraid to do more than simply deal with their PM.
