There was a slight problem with the clean up and I addressed this to Otto and he came right back and fixed the problem. For my inconvenience, he stated maintenance next year . . . no charge! This is the kind of service we hope to get but don't always get it.
I live in a 3 storey townhouse in Oakville and Joseph re-roofed all four of our adjoining roofs. Rain slowed the project up a bit but we were all very happy with the outcome. I found Joseph to be an honest, personable professional in my dealings with him. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I have no problem doing this as he did everything he told me he would do for what I figure was a reasonable cost, considering the alternative. I tried to get rid of them myself with a lot of work, worry and finally failure. Thanks Waheed. It was a psychological nightmare. I should have called you first and it would have saved me a lot of stress.
INSTALLATON OF WROUGHT IRON FENCE
I had a contract with CGA Iron Works and the owner Chris Kowal to install a wrought iron fence for the sum of $1,120. In good faith I gave him $560 representing a deposit to purchase the materials to complete the job. He assured me that the job would be done by the end of August, 2009. When I hadn’t heard from him towards the end of August, I called him and he explained that he hadn’t received a report from one of the utilities regarding digging the posts, but assured me that was forthcoming in the next couple of days. When I didn’t hear from him again, I called both his office and his cell phone, but was not able to speak with him. I left several messages but still no return call. I was thinking the worst, i.e., I’d lost $560! Eventually he did call me and gave me some lame excuse but he did return my money. A very stressful experience.
