I was searching for a specific fireplace by Modern Flames and finally found it through a google search on an online website. After finding it, I really wanted to purchase from a local retailer but the prices were a lot more than the online prices. Liz at Hearth Manor was able to price match the online price I was getting and also provided a free upgraded accessory kit. I just bought a new condo in downtown Toronto and was looking for dining room table that would fit my small space. I looked all over King St E and couldn’t find anything. Then found the store Homeproud and saw the table that I wanted. I purchased it and they said it would take 4-6 weeks, It was a long time to wait but I really wanted the table. So I waited and it ended up taking 6 weeks. I brought it home and took it out of the box and noticed that wood legs were all cracked. So I brought the legs back and it took another 2 weeks to get the new parts. I should have gotten a discount for the inconvenience of waiting and traveling back and forth. I didn’t even get an apology.
