We had a plugged bathroom sink and a constant drip in a main drain pipe in our basement........so we called clearview in which we will not call again!! They could not figure out the drip and when it came to the plugged sink our plumber (Mark) went to work on it for 5 minutes then went to his truck to get a paper for us to sign then went back to work on it for about another 15 to 20 minutes came and got us and said he could not do it with that machine but with the other one he would be able to do it. We already paid him $500.00 before he even started so we said no. We then called another plumber and with in the hour our sink was fixed and our constant drip in the drain pipe. We then contacted them on this so they offered us $50.00 back I said that was not enough. Told them I was going to the BBB they then came back with a $100.00 to give back that was a slap in the face..... We also felt all they wanted to do was up sell us..... so beware I would not recommend them to anyone. Also you should not have to pay before the work starts.
